This is the chapter where the author decides to tie up a few loose ends into neat little bows and basically give incredible detail as to why her "heroes" are actually villains. Because who else would keep an entire city hostage but bad guys?

Dec. 1st, 2025 09:21 ammara_dienne459 posting in antishurtugal_reborn Now the story starts winding down, with all the loose ends being tied up in neat little bows. There's more holier-than-thou behavior from the author's darlings, Meg gets babied even more, Simon continues to act like a creep, and Meg also proves that she doesn't care about anyone outside herself and what she wants. This chapter is also comparatively shorter than the previous, mostly because the author doesn't feel like long chapters deserve to be a thing now and she needs to drag this out a little more. The annoying perspective changes are still present, though.
